Titusville man 2nd in fishing tourney (The Titusville Herald)A Titusville resident took second place in the 49th annual Pennsylvania State Championship Fishing Tournament, held Sunday in Tidioute. Derek Rapp of Titusville caught 21.79 pounds of fish. He won a $250 prize and a trophy.
