Arkansas Soldier Dies After Boat Takes On Water (KTHV Little Rock)Investigators say an Arkansas National Guard soldier on leave from Iraq drowned after the small boat he was in took on water. A state Game and Fish Commission report says the boat took on water as Sergeant Michael Lee Chenoweth and his cousin sat on the bow, with their fishing tackle.
