Fishing Report (The Tampa Tribune) LAKE TARPON: Tarpon Tom's Bait & Tackle, captain Lenny Crispino, (727) 938-2379: Live shiners are taking bass. On a half-day trip, 16 bass were taken on live shiners. A few crappie (speckled perch) are being caught on jigs and minnows. A few bluegill are being caught on wiggler worms.
