Youth Fishing Day at Jackson?s Pond a Success (Kiowa County Press)On Friday, May 4, the Colorado Division of Wildlife (DOW) stocked 500 rainbow trout in Jackson?s Pond. On Saturday, May 5, 55 youngsters tried to encourage the fish from the water with fishing poles and reels and other fishing gear given away by the DOW. Funding for additional prizes was provided by the Central Kiowa County Recreation District.
