Free fishing clinic offered in Sacramento (The Sacramento Bee) The California Department of Fish and Game will host a free fishing clinic from 8:30 a.m. until noon Jan. 24 at William Land Park as part of its Fishing in the City program. The pond will be stocked with rainbow trout. Rods, bait and tackle will be available for participants' use. William Land Park is on Land Park Drive in Sacramento.
