Fishing report (Contra Costa Times)THE BAYS SUISUN: Jim Smith of the Happy Hooker caught 17 sturgeon (five keepers) and one bass Tuesday fishing between Roe and Ryer Islands. Matt Switzar caught a 70-incher and Dave Marquar of Antioch caught a 61-inch, 55-pound sturgeon. Smith said the Pittsburg PG&E area is also a good place to try, and the tides should keep improving all week.
